Construction Problems - Update Feb 13, 2013
Our contractor, Mr. Antonio Allen, has failed to complete further work and has failed to return any of the $41,000 he was given.
Tanya Ward of Energy Rescue, Inc. has spearheaded a volunteer and fundraising event to build our barn. Fox 42 News reporter, Curt Casper, was out at the farm yesterday and the story will air tonight.
Please help us share this story in hopes of convincing Mr. Allen to return the money he was given. We discovered that the cement pad poured does not even have footings... there is much work needed to repair what was done incorrectly. Help us bring this into the light and hopefully he will make things right.
In the meantime we are on a strict deadline to get this barn raised so we can fully move to this farm and have a place in which to milk our cows. We are supposed to be out of the Elmwood farm by the end of this month. Below is a link to click to volunteer time and materials to our barn raising.
